Welcoming Bill Lewis as our first CFO

Today we’re excited to share that Bill Lewis is joining Catch&Release as its first CFO. Bill joins us from Facebook, where he led the business and corporate planning team as a Finance Director for over four years. Prior to joining Facebook, Bill was the VP, Finance at if(we) which he helped build into a profitable social media startup that was successfully acquired by The Meet Group. Before that, Bill was the VP of FP&A at the social gaming giant Zynga as it went public and transitioned from web to mobile gaming. 

Bill is joining during an inflection point for Catch&Release, where his expertise in working with high-growth technology leaders will help us unlock our next phase of growth. Adoption of our product has more than doubled in the past year and dozens of the Fortune 500 rely on us to license found content so they can build powerful, authentic campaigns that stand out.

Catch&Release is continuing to grow its team across the US, with hubs in the Bay Area and New York, but the ability to work from anywhere. In the past quarter, we’ve increased headcount by 24%. We're bringing together a unique collection of creative producers, engineers, filmmakers, marketers and licensing experts.
