Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

Catch&Release Engineering is looking for a full-stack engineer to join our team. You’ll report to the VP of Engineering and be responsible for the frontend and backend code in our system.

You’ll be expected to pick up new concepts quickly and will likely make your first commit on your first day. We expect that all our engineers will provide feedback on how we can learn, grow, and make the engineering department continue to get better.

Marketing Manager

About the Role

To support our growing business, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective communication of our product and company value props across digital channels. This includes the management of campaigns from strategy and implementation to analysis, optimization, and reporting. 

As part of this role, you will also have a focus on sales enablement, ensuring that what our salespeople are saying aligns with what our campaigns are promoting. This is one of the most collaborative roles in the company as you will be working with the Communications, Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Operations team, as well as directly with the Executive team. You will be a self-starter who is a creative problem solver, detail-oriented, loves testing and optimizing, and enjoys new ways to drive user-growth. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, execute and report on the success of demand and lead generation programs
  • Continuously generate ideas to improve Catch&Release’s campaign performance including campaign strategy, audience development, creative optimization, and bidding
  • Regularly monitor and optimize performance across all digital channels.
  • Recommend tests and ensure alignment across other digital marketing channels
  • Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams on platform messaging and program development, and ensure messaging is consistent and up-to-date across channels
  • Understand the needs of customers and the details of our product to ensure that sales teams are equipped with the most effective tools and materials
  • Ensure that all product collateral reflects a single voice and market positioning, as it evolves over time
  • Establish reporting and benchmarks for performance to present to leadership on a monthly basis
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • Direct experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads Manager preferred
  • Experience working at or marketing to agencies
  • BA/BS required
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills; must be able to develop content independently as well as collaborating with Catch&Release experts.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful paid social and SEO campaigns to drive growth and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills; proven ability to effectively analyze data, communicate insights and optimize campaigns
  • Ability to distill complex products into easily understandable information.
  • Composed demeanor in a fast-paced, high-pressure, dynamic environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and collaborative team player 

Account Director

About the Role:
Catch&Release’s sales leadership is seeking a dynamic Account Director to join our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity to join an early-stage company that's already highly productive, results-oriented, and team-driven, creating a strong foundation to build from. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with advertising agencies and marketers. Successful candidates will be motivated, enthusiastic, self-starters who are able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve / exceed quarterly revenue quotas by successfully working across active accounts, while maintaining continuity of clients’ relationship with Catch&Release.
  • Develop list of targeted Contacts and Accounts with sales leadership and track progress.
  • Screen potential new project deals, analyze opportunities, deal requirements, revenue potential & profitability, collaborate with project management teams to execute.
  • Continually demonstrate knowledge and support of C&R’s mission, vision, values and standards, policies and procedures, operations, workflows, confidentiality, and spirit.
  • Maintain an active following of the industry and technology developments as they relate to our customers, prospects, and competitors.
  • Provide customer and market advice internally to all functional areas as needed.
  • Take part in recurring departmental training, maintaining current knowledge of Product offering, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Service and drive customer satisfaction for accounts in territory.
  • Drive mindshare and market share gains across agencies through consistent and strategic coverage plans.
  • Partner with the Operations teams to set proper expectations with customers and super-serve their needs.
  • Develop presentations to brands and agencies designed to educate.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize advertising revenue, including product marketing, research, project management, and more.
  • Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close.

What You Bring: 

  • Polished skills across all phases of Project and Account Discovery, Bidding, Negotiation, Closing, and Account Management.
  • Natural ability to manage, lead, and support multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Reliable pipeline replenishment and revenue forecasting skills.
  • Stellar ability at networking and building relationships.
  • Ability to navigate internally within organizations to uncover decision-makers and additional revenue opportunities.
  • Established relationships within Advertising agencies and/or Fortune 500 Brands.
  • Proficiency working in Salesforce CRM, Google Suite, Slack.
  • 4 years’+ prior experience in a sales role.
  • BA/BS required.
  • Prior demonstrated prospecting experience through cold calling, networking and meeting functions.
  • Proven track record of reaching sales targets and revenue goals

What Will Make You Stand Out: 

  • Knowledge of intellectual property licensing and/or industry-related experience is an added plus.
  • Being knowledgeable and savvy with digital and social platforms, with an in-depth knowledge of the commercial production process is a plus.
