Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives outbound efforts to identify net new accounts. The SDR will manage inbound lead flow, collaborate with sales ops and marketing to support campaigns and mature leads, and prospect a flow of qualified opportunities. The SDR sets up customer meetings for Catch&Release Account Directors, continuously connects with current customers, and manages a set of small accounts not covered by Account Directors.
As the SDR, you are the initial impression on a prospect. You are responsible for a positive first experience, setting the stage for an effective sales team follow-up. You are to articulate the Catch&Release value proposition to brands and agencies while driving excitement, creativity, and relationship-building into every customer call. Your goal is to meet and exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, confirmed meetings, opportunities, and prospecting time. The position’s territory will be the US market.
