Catch&Release Engineering is looking for a full-stack engineer to join our team. You’ll report to the VP of Engineering and be responsible for the frontend and backend code in our system.
You’ll be expected to pick up new concepts quickly and will likely make your first commit on your first day. We expect that all our engineers will provide feedback on how we can learn, grow, and make the engineering department continue to get better.
At Catch&Release Engineering, we are striving to not do things just because that's how it's been done. We're in, what we consider to be, a lifelong effort to create the best environment that breeds great work.
In our engineering day-to-day, we strive for clear, easy to understand, and maintainable code. We also believe that great engineering is not about a list of things we have to do, but rather it's a way we have to be about the job to achieve great things.
To support our growing business, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective communication of our product and company value props across social channels. This includes the management of campaigns from strategy and implementation to analysis, optimization, and reporting.
This person is a social marketing wiz who is equally comfortable speaking to and understanding creative needs as they are presenting data and working with analytics. They should be highly collaborative, creative, and analytical. Able to find the nugget of data that could inform a new messaging strategy or creative test. As one of the most collaborative roles in the company you will be working with the Communications, Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Operations team, and report directly into the Head of Marketing. You will be a self-starter who is a creative problem solver, detail-oriented, loves testing and optimizing, and enjoys new ways to drive user-growth.

While you may be located near a C&R hub, you are also set up to work in a home office environment to align with our “virtual-first” culture.
